Behind The Mic

Evan Jones
Show Host

Evan is a proud transgender man and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. He fancies himself as an amateur historian and spends his free time reading and researching a variety of topics.

His personal passions are queer history and religion. Raised in a fundamentalist cult in the 90’s and 2000’s, and later rejected by that cult for his identity and orientation, it is no wonder that he has a particular interest in these subjects.

Paul Hobbs Gay
Show Host

Paul is a proud gay man and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. He wants to live in a world where the work week is short, vacation is frequent, and health insurance is free for everyone.

A digital enthusiast, computer geek, and gamer, he’s been designing websites and working online for 10 years. When he’s not recording himself, you can find him playing League of Legends, watching ridiculous amounts of Netflix with his boyfriend, or checking his email for updates on his Amazon orders.

“You are both great, I love your content, and I really enjoy how well you get along and your sense of humor. I also love how active you are in the community and you both seem so genuine, kind, and thoughtful. You have my admiration and support. Thanks for keeping things queeird in the best way possible. You are both shiny beacons of light and hope in a dark, strange, and fucked up time.” – Courtney Cline
