Episode 40: Josephine Baker: Her Amazing and Exhausting Life

Hey Queerstians, we’re finally back with another episode about the marvelous Josephine Baker. This woman lived more lives in her 68 years than a dozen people combined.

Josephine BakerBy the end of this episode, you’re bound to either be inspired to conquer the world or so depressed by your lack of accomplishments you’ll want to cry into a tub of ice cream. We won’t tell you which one we did (let’s just say, Paul cries ugly…). Seriously though, hit that play button and hold onto your bananas because this episode on Josephine Baker is one crazy ride.
This episode takes place during The Lavender Scare during the same time period as Bayard Rustin.
